Professional Opinion on HP/Ultimate 64bit

Hi. I'd like to know your opinion about which O.S. is better between Vista Home Premium 64 and Vista Ultimate 64 for my product (attached). Now I've installed Vista HP64 but I'm not sure this is the best choice. I' need best performances and stability and better applications compatibility. It is for Home use: Internet, Photsos (view, little photo edit), Music, Rip DVD, Video conversion ecc. I don't need local network.

I beleive the only version worth getting is the Ultimate version. It contains everything and if something goes wrong it has the necessary tools to track down the problems. I truly beleive there shouldnt be basic and premium versions, there should only be business and ultimate.
