Solved Windows 7 like Taskbar for Vista Ultimate x64

Hey can anyone help me how to convert the Vista Taskbar into the one in Windows 7.
The SBar is available only for x86 version of Vista and nor for x64 version.
The rest of the methods mentioned in many forums are not that effective.
plz help!!
