[HELP ME!] wrong browseui.dll in sytem32 folder

hello everyone, it's my first post here :D

so here's the thing: I tried experimenting with some themes from the internet and somehow got the wrong browseui.dll to boot with vista so i'm stuck with windows with no GUI. now, i would like to fix it by renaming back the original browseui.dll (which is now named browseui1.dll, in the same directory [C:\windows\system32\]) but when i type in "ren C:\windows\system32\browseui1.dll browseui.dll" i get the access is denied message (this is after typing "cmd" in the run textbox). i still have access to the taskmanager and the usual "ctrl+alt+del" menu.
sooo if anyone is able to help me that would be great!
PS: i'm not such a computer savvy so please take it easy on me

you should be able to do it if you boot into the command prompt before vista loads.

Press F8 after the bios screen but before windows starts to load.
