I'm having a strange problem. Working on a Vista machine (home version) and IE 8, I save a web page as an .mht in a public folder. From other networked machines using XP, I view the folder with explorer. The saved files are not visible. They are there on the Vista machine and can be seen only on that machien. Does anyone have any idea why the files cannot be seen (IE 8 running on the other computer, too)?
Invisible .mht files!! Help.

my guess would be that extension is not compatable with XP only VISTA
