So I changed to a new administrator and deleted my old one. Now I cannot download anything and all my settings for previously installed programs have been deleted. I use Mozilla, btw, and installation of new programs recieve an error and i cant visit certain sites such as Yahoo because of a SSL protocol has been disabled. I used Windows 7 but I couldnt make another accnt and I felt like it wasnt an OS issue. I think the change in administrator screwed me up. Thank you for any help.
