Hello, my friend's laptop came up with the unmountable boot volume BSOD recently and I've been trying to fix it. I followed the guide and booted the startup recovery disc, but all I'm getting is a black screen with a mouse arrow after it says it's loading, so I can't even get to the startup recovery option yet. Is there a reason it's not showing up?
