My primary hard disk c:\ has broken so i insert a new one.
I full format and fresh install vista ultimate 64bit.
But when i try to activate my windows i get the message:
"The Product key you typed is already in use".
I ALREADY TRIED THE PHONE ACTIVATION BUT FOR SOME REASON I CAN'T GET A DIAL TONE IN ALL COUNTRIES I TRIED!
Any solutions?

I think you will have to find a phone number that works so you can explain what has happened and activate over the phone.
Unless the drive you replaced was exactly the same as the one that broke your copy of Windows thinks you are trying to install on another machine, which is not allowed, so you will have to activate over the phone to make it work.

That same thing happened to me a while back. I thought I had my serial hacked first
Tried phoning in, CS guy was uncooperative at best and unhelpful at worse, then I came here, and the nice folks here told me to try again so I did, and here I am happy as a pig on, well... you know :D
If at first you don't succeed... try and try again!
