Default Browsing Folder?

When I want to lets say upload a photo or file,
it always goes to MY DOCUMENTS
I want it to go straight to the desktop,
is there a setting area where I can do that?

Sorry, but usually you will need to select where you want to browse to since these type of windows usually will not remember the last location. :(
