*** Please Help *** Strange Problem with Windows Vista

2 days back I saw that I am not able to see any text on any of the system dialog boxes or windows for example System Properties / Folder Options etc... I run Vista Home Premium x64. Please find below some of the screen shots.. I am going crazy and need some help on how to solve this problem.. I am not sure where to start..:cry:

I tried checking for Spyware, I am not sure on the registry front.. I am not too good with that.. I am not sure what to do.. I actually performed most of the checks and restarted the system and the problem seemed to have vanished, I was happy for a while... but happiness did not last long enough.. its back again :(

like SIW2 said do system restore ..but save all your programmes or burn then to a disk re install them after you done restore mate it dont take that long to do i see thats only best way out this or to slove this problem mate :)
