G'day
I wonder if anyone has any thoughts on how this might have happened, and how I could correct it.
Yesterday, at around 6pm my time (South Africa), my alt-tab ability to switch between windows stopped working, both on my USB keyboard, and my laptop's keyboard. When I alt-tab now, the selection pop-up appears, but immediately disappears with allowing me to select a window. At the same time as alt-tab stopped working, mouseover stopped working - when I mouseover a news link, for example, on iGoogle where previously I was able to read a summary of the article, now the onmouseover text flickers then vanishes.
I really do need these functions, particularly alt-tab. Normally when Vista plays up I just restart a few times and the problem goes away (things like my display jumping around from my laptop to my external monitor, changing resolution on its own, printers suddenly not working etc).
If anybody has seen this before and knows what might be going on here, please let me know - would be very grateful!
Cheers,
Hec
