Will my computer run Vista Ultimate SP2 32bit

Hy, i`m new on this forum and i using XP Pro sp3 and i want to install vista on my pc.
Will my pc run vista normaly?

amd athlon xp 2400
soltek kt600 mainboard
1500mb ddr ram
2x 80G hard disk
geforce 7600gt 256mb agp
sound card on board

Yes, the 32-bit Vista will run with those system specs, but it will be a little slower running than XP since it uses more resources than XP did. Be sure you have Vista drivers available for all of your devices first though. I would recommend to go ahead and download them and have them ready to make installing them after installing Vista easier.
