Well it seems very simple but I kind stuck on this, so I need help to have my colors and appearnace back in Windows Vista Premium. For some reason the colors of the menu and the taskbar did change. To make it easy look at the attached screen shot of this. Any help I really appreciate it.

Welcome to the Forum.
I'm not sure did I get you right, but it looks normal to me. The image on the top presents the Internet Explorer and the image on the bottom is the Microsoft Word. These two are different programs, so the toolbars may look different.
If I understand you wrong, would you be more precise, please.

Martee, thanks for your reply. I know when I posted those two images they totally different but I used it to make up my point. All menu bar, toolbar the colors are differnt even for all the other programs. The colors are realy fade. I don't my eyes or the colors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe this will help you. Please go to Start > Control Panel, in the Appearance And Personalization click Customize Colors. In the next window you can adjust and select color as well transparency of it.

I tried and it didn't do anything. In IE in the address bar, for eg www.vista64.com the font colors are really fade if I want to see it I can't unless i highlight it. Also for the toolbar in anything like IE or any MS Office (the file, edit,...) all the fonts color are faded. I don't know if my topic make any sense. But this is what's happenening.
