New folder option in Organize tool bar is not working
Recently i got a new laptop with windows vista home premium 32 bit. but after a few days when i copied certain data from another machine. i found that the organise toolbar --> new folder has stopped working ... the option is coming but nit working .... also the right click --> new folder option is still working ... cant understand y this is happening ... please help ...
i faced this problem with xp too ... ie the machine from which i copied the data. i m not sure if this is because of that data. Please advise...

Tried by merging the new folder registry file, but the problem still persists.
I dont want to go for system restore. Please suggest if the problem can be resolved by any other way ..
You can see if running a
sfc /scannow command may work. However, if the reg file does not work, then usually it takes a system restore or clean install to fix it.
