Start menu isn't working

Hey guys, my start menu isn't working at all. Clicking on the button, pressing the Windows key, it doesn't even light up when I hover over it. The rest of the taskbar is acting fine, but the Start menu won't come up. Any ideas?

Hello RumourMaker,

You might see if a simple restart may sort it out. If not, then see if doing a System Restore at boot using a restore point dated when the Start Menu did work properly.
