Web Icons do not open-application not found..

I posted this problem 4 weeks ago and still no answers! Is this an uncommon problem? When I click on any web Icon, an error pops up stating "application not found". I have tried other "help sites", spoke to Toshiba, nothing.
Any help appreciated. Wendy

I'm sorry, but I show this as your only and first post as a member with us. :confused:

For you problem, double check in Default Programs to make sure that Internet Explorer is set as the default program with all of it associations set to it as well.
