Annoying, Recurring BSOD After Sleep Wake - Help Appreciated!

Hi Folks!

Each time I wake my system from Sleep, I get at varying times post-wake the following BSOD:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Any thoughts?

Any idea what that means? If you need the technical info, I can include it next time. Or, I can include data from the "Windows help finding solution" window.

Running Vistax64. System specs in profile.

Zip up and attach the latest few DMP files from \windows\minidump and someone might be able to help.

I ran a cmd defrag and a disk check upon reboot. Problem seems to have subsided for now. I do have a mini dump file. If I experience another BSOD, I'll upload a ZIP file containing both .dmp files, so that we can further troubleshoot this issue.
