RAID setup in Ultimate x64

I'm not even quite sure this is possible but I am seeking confirmation and if so, how exactly to accomplish it. I have two seperate Western Digital 1TB external MyBooks. I want those to be mirrors of each other. So I don't want anything to do with a RAID set up on my C: drive or anything. All I'm doing is storing all my media on the externals and when I write to one, i want it written to the other at the same time. Possible?

This installer - WDDriveManager.exe (contained in the zip file) installs the Drive related light, button, and RAID Manager functionality program for Windows 2000, XP, and Vista

note- This is the software for the external dual storage RAID, and therefore might not work with two WD externals.
