@ key not working on another site

Go into your Control Panel and then Region and Language. The keyboard setting can be changed to English UK there.

Another Quick fix would be to press the key combination set to give you the charactor produced - in this case " normally Shift 2
But as echrada has said above it's best to set the correct language setting for your actual keyboard
