The vcore looks alright, but the N.B looks high. Do you have any active cooling on it? ie a fan on the NB heasink?

That's good mate
The general NB consensus with that chip seems to be that up to 1.4 is safe and anything over 1.5 is starting to ask for trouble
With my chip, any thing over 1.4 is usually a good way to kill it quickly

Nice one. :D
Things to look at there would be the Vcore and the NB voltages. They are higher than i would be comfy with but check your temps using
CPUID as long as the temps arent too high you should be OK.

thats not too shabby , nb and sb voltages are always a "suck it and see" thing you'll soon know if there set too high
see if your overclock is REALLY stable , run this for 8 passes maximum stress
IntelBurnTest v1.6 download from Guru3D.com
dont take your eyes off your temps!!!
oh and as the readme says "its at your own risk"

Only use the Intel Burn Test if you have at least 20C headroom over your load temp when running Prime95 or Orthos.
Intel® Core™2 Duo Desktop Processor E8400 - SLAPL
Intel says that for the E8400 the max safe temp is 72.4C. So in Prime95 or Orthos you only really want to be 50-55C. Anything over that and you may overheat your chip.
The Burn Test is very effective but uses the CPU so aggressively that once you start you can't stop it. Usually, everything freezes until the test is over. CoreTemp stops reporting temps after a second or two but my CPU is already 65+ by that time.
Have fun :D
Note: It may show up as a virus (on AVG it does) but this is a false alarm.
