I am trying to install the magic jack into my sony viao and its giving me problems so i went to the site to fix it and it said for a vista to go to C:>Documents and Settings>Users>Application Data>Roaming> mjusbsp> in00000. now there isnt documents and settings feature i now but i need a file named setup from this location how do i get it? Its a 32bit vista home premium and im new the to whole vista thing...your helps greatly appreciated...

okay this might sound stupid but how do i get to c:>? is it command prompt?
