Error Messages & System Freezes

New Member
I have a 17 inch Aspire 7520 laptop, using the Vista Home version that's only a year old. It has a 360 GB hard with 3 GBs of memory, yet I continue to get the error messages "blank page" and "class not registered." Then the computer freezes and I have to reboot. I have used every spyware, adaware, and antvirus scans to find a possible virus but to no avail. Can youassist me?

Hey Al, welcome.

Try putting in your Vista Disk and click "Repair". That will solve any registry problems, and hopefully will get you running.

When do you get these error messages? Startup? When you open IE? When you shut down?
