help pls!!! Fonts have changed

hi i am new here...i have a problem with my vista home premium sp1...i have arun window and other window that the font is now different..its bold and its not the same anymore...i did the appearncae style, system font and nothing worked...i will post the exact image...help pls...thanks

his shawn...i tried that already and still not working...what will i do? i have all the default values under the tutorial u sent me..i also noticed that all my fonts changed in my system...i dont know how to recover it...im thinkin of doin system restore but im also seekin some alternatives before doin that..thnaks

Actually a System Restore using a restore point dated before this problem would be a good option.

If you do not have any older restore points to try, then other than a clean reinstall, you may be able to do a repair install.

still not working and the system restore will not initialize...it will always say failed...huhuhuhuhuhuh
