i deleted my appdata. 
what do i do
Hello Coolsim, and welcome to Vista Forums.
If it is still not in the Recycle Bin. then you might try the free program Recuva to see if you can restore the appdata folder.
If you can't, then you can create a new user account, and delete the old account from within the new account.

Make a new user and then copy your files over to the new user and then delete the other user.

The appdata folder contains all of your user accounts personal settings. Without it, you pretty much do not have anything left except what is in the user folders and your installed programs.

The appdata folder contains all of your user accounts personal settings. Without it, you pretty much do not have anything left except what is in the user folders and your installed programs.
- First you will need to create a new administrator user account.
- From within the new user account, copy the contents of the old account's C:\Users\(user name) folders into the corresponding new account's C:\Users\(user name) folders and apply permission.
- Once copied over, you can delete the old user account from within the new one. This will also show you how to copy over the old account's user folder.
- Since you have delete the old account's appdata folder, you will need to recreate and add any shortcuts you had in the Start menu from. For example, from program exe files in the C:\Program Files folder.
