Solved Missing Restart/Sleep/Shutdown

Windows Vista Business x64, 8Gb, SP1

[FONT=&quot]We are missing the Restart/Sleep/Shutdown options from the Start menu.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]All we see is LOG OFF and LOCK.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]I am using the Administrator account.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]The prior IT guy left without any documentation.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]We have to use the [shutdown.exe -s -t 15 –f] command which works fine. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]But would like the standard GUI functions back.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Any ideas where to look or how to bring back to resolve this.[/FONT]
