Build disaster.

Rebuilding my system, new motherboard, optical drives (Sata) new CPU Intel DUAL 8400.

Formatted HDD
Start-Open Bios,
Set time and date,
Set boot to CD
Enabled Keyboard
Enabled Mouse
Save and exit
Install Windows
Settings OK till naming PC,
Then Blank screen. No Signal
Changed GPU. No Signal
Removed HDD and reformatted.
Replaced , still no Bios, blank screen

Help !

One thing I forgot to mention, when its booted all fans run, CPU indicators show full set of lights, runs for abour 50 seconds then shuts off for about 5 secs then restarts, and continues this routine.

Hey wysiwyg,

I would check to see if the mobo is giving any error codes.

this is almost similar to what i experienced when i did a format last.... now im not 100% sure why it happened to me but i recall removing some ram and i got back my display.
not sure this will help but i suppose it could be worth a shot... good luck

Well done RB, had 6gb of ram installed, 3 in each channel, I knew the 2x1gb were ok, so removed the 2x2 gb,Bingo, Bios and re-installing windows. :party:
