my boot manager is missing please help me

hey uhh I need help :D lol

this is my dads computer I need help with mine it turns on but then it just says the boot manager is missing and idk what I did :( I was trying to do something I don't remember but now I can't use it at all I always had vista since I got it sooo idk it's been like that for a while and now I miss it cuz this one sucks and yea please help me I don't want to lose my pictures and videos they are of me and my love when we first got together it's so beautiful and so was I :D please help me:cry::cry:

Welcome to the forum. Refer this Article.

Boot with Vista DVD and try startup repair (Follow Method 1).

Note: if you do not have vista DVD then press F8 while booting the computer and access "Repair Your Computer".

Also try recreating Boot Manager file (Method 2).
