laptop randomly resumes on its own when i try to put it into sleep mode

For the last few days anytime i try to put my laptop into sleep mode it just randomly resumes on its own for reasons unknown its kinda bothers me because I like to put it in sleep mode at nights so I can resume my stuff in the morning but its just kinda annoying me can anyone help me with this? it happens with the charger in or out doesnt matter.

The usual culprit is the "Allow to wake computer" settings in the network adapter's Power Management properties in Device Manager.
