Help with snipping tool

I just used the snipping tool to capture a window.
I then hit edit and copy but am unable to get this image into this forum.
What do I need to do

Hello kenshireen,

Save the image to My Pictures or Desktop,
Click the Go Advaced button right under the quick post box.
Go to Manage Attachments under the text box
a pop up window will come up
click browse.
find the picture and choose select
it will load by itself
Exit out of the pop up
finish your message and post!
ALL DONE!

Copy Command

I see there is a copy command in the snipping tools. I can use that to paste to office and emails but why can I not use this command to paste to a forum.

Hi Ken,

This is because the snip is an image. To send an image to a forum, it needs to be saved and then uploaded using the forum tools. Ordinary text can be copied into forums using standard methods.
The following should explain the use of this button:

Obviously, to turn this option back on, you will need to check the above mentioned option.
