Question about Animated Wallpaper

Hello,

So, i was wondering if there would be a way i can get Animated Wallpaper on my computer. My computer is running Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit. I know you can with Utilmate, but was curious if there would be a way to do it for any of the others, and if so, how?

The only way that I know of getting something like DreamScene with Home Premium is with the purchase of Stardock DeskScapes.
