Solved TaskBar is hidden behind IE

Folks, I am not sure what button I hit to cause this. But, I was using IE yesterday and hit a button and now my TaskBar/Start Menu/Tray is hidden behind my IE window. This does not happen in other applications so it may be an IE issue.

any ideas?
