How to change desktop wallpaper [code]

hi,

is there a way to change a wallpaper with some code? i'am not talking only about setting path to image in registry because that's easy, but about a full proof way make vista show this new wallpaper immediately.

    one dual core brain@120%

    hardboned skelleton (c) nature design
    Memory
    short term memory rox
    Sound Card
    2 ears with virtual SRS
    Hard Drives
    only one
    PSU
    starting to buckle when a decent number of % applied
    Case
    duralinium casing with anti noob heat detectors
    Cooling
    very cool
    Mouse
    got it too
    Keyboard
    works just fine
Right click empty screen and then double click PERSONALIZE. Here you can change anything to your heart's desire.

I suggest to leave font options alone. IT'S A MESS WHEN NOT PROPERLY TWEAKED. (besides, Vista made a lot of effort to make this the best default font for everybody...and I agree, it's really neat)

I think what he means is he wants to change the wallpaper from a script, or perhaps in C++ or Delphi code...
