I have a similar issue - I would like to change the font size of just one of the profile in Vista. When I change the font size, it changes for all profiles in Vista. Does anyone has the steps needed to do this?

Ideally I would like to change the font size for everything for one of the profiles. Right now when I do that it impacts all other profiles.

I go to the profile that I want changed and then do the following:
1. Control Panel
2. Personalization
3. Adjust Font Size (DPI)
4. Custom DPI
Once I'm done it replicates the same to all profiles.

Hmmm, that *is* strange.That is more like XP's behavior, and this was changed in Vista - I know because it never does that on my folks' machine, where the entire family has a login, but only my father needs the larger fonts....
Are you making the change to the Administrator login (not a user name that has administrative privileges, but the *actual* Administrator login

I gave the user admin privledges and then made the changes to the user. Is this wrong?

Define you gave the user admin privileges....If I understand you correctly, no, it is not wrong - but your methodology may be part of the problem....

Simply went to one of the profiles that has Admin access, went to control panel and in user profiles pick the one which needed the font adjustment. Gave this profile all admin privledges. Logged off and logged into the profile that needed the font adjustment. Changed the font size and logged off. After this all other profiles have the same large font
