Windows Explorer stopped working - need to restart

I don't know if my Threadtitle fits the exact English message (doubt it) but that's my Problem. Since the start of my PC today my Windows Explorer stopped working, everytime i click on Computer or Control Panel. It always just restarts the Explorer and i got the same again.

By searching the Error via Google i found 1000s of Topics about this Issue, maybe you vista experienced Guys can help me throught the Problem.

The System is *NEW*, installed it yesterday, haven't downloaded anything, doubt that there is any malware and or virus already... (would surprise me)

Well you didn't state that. It's best to list your system specs so others can have a better idea as to what you're working with. http://www.vistax64.com/general-discussion/199241-hardware-information.html

That still doesn't mean you can't run SFC to see if there's any missing/corrupted files. You might want to generate a system health report as well.

Have you booted into safe mode to see if it happens there as well?

Start the computer and start tapping F8
Go to safe mode with command prompt
Result: Done
Action:Type cdcd windows\system32
rstrui.exe
Restore to A date before the problem started.
Result: Done
Resolved
