Task Manager is active, but when it is brought up it places itself as an icon on the toolbar and you cannot get that icon to open up. Have tried using alt+ctrl+del and it does the same thing, it just opens up another icon in the toolbar. Anyone have any idea how I can get the task manager to actually open up into a usable window?

Have you right clicked the icon and selected bring to front ? ?
When you get it open deselect Run Minimized...
When you get it open deselect Run Minimized...

When I right click nothing pops up, when I double left click on it nothing pops up. Very fustrating.
