after sfc /scannow, what's next?

There is a 20,000 KB list of files on C: windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log ... and all corrupt ones were fixed...may I now delete all 20 MB of them?

I ran sfc /scannow routinely. (Currently, I have no prob). And then I traced the result of scan to this folder - C: Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log that lists a total of more than 20,000 KB files with corrupt ones that were fixed. (No idea what those things are)

My question is, is it safe to delete all these 20,000 KB of (? docs) files?

The sfc/ scannow command is for Vista system files, so it would not be a good idea to delete those files. Especially since they were fixed.
