Recent Programs Opened Disappeared

Hello All I need some help here.
This is what happens when I press the windows icon.

You see for some strange reason the recently opened programs section has disappeared. It is just a blank white section. Please can you help me get this list back.

Did you fix your licensing issue with non-genuine copy? If not, I would start by calling Microsoft and checking on that license. Reinstall with a legal license and get the patches.

As you can see the boxes which the guide you posted says to tick are already ticked.

I have not yet fixed my validation problem :(
