Charles Parker

I have recently upgraded VISTA from the upgrade center. Since that time when I use either mail programs or a search engine, all of the results are minimized on the bar instead of displayed normally. I have tried everything to make these windows display normally. Any suggestions? A little annoying since I have to clink them to display them.
