I have a slew of .wmv & .avi video files. I want to be able to create a list that includes the LENGTH (minutes & seconds) of each video – similar to the way a list of MP3s would include each song’s duration.
I have Karen’s Directory Printer, which gave me a nice listing of file names, file sizes, etc. – but it has no option for including wmv or avi Length.
I followed the “How to Add View and Print File Directory to the Context Menu in Vista” tutorial ( http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/146031-context-menu-add-view-print-file-directory.html ), but its listing doesn’t include Length either.
I’ve tried several Directory Printer programs – but none allowed for the Length option.
Both Media Monkey & iTunes show my MP4 videos only, so I can’t generate a list of wmv or avi properties from them. Windows Media Player playlists only show the file names when opened with Notepad, not any file properties.
I have far too many .wmv & .avi video files to transcribe that info by hand.
Does anyone know of a solution?
BTW, I have Vista 64 Home Premium.
