This is not a problem per se, nor is it going to cause you any problems other than Vista taking longer to start up. As you use your computer, this folder will be re-populated with the files it requires. Some people who work with sensitive data consider this to be a security issue and so, like it is possible to do with the paging file, arrange for this folder to be emptied when they log off, usually through a script that runs at that time.

I get this exact same message and suggestion from my TuneUp Utility program. And yes after having done a reformat of my PC it sure booted faster and now I notice it does take longer (AGAIN) but its nothing that I can say is really an issue (the extra time to bootup). I just was wondering what program is deleting the folder? Is there a way of finding out? I imagine it is some security related program or feature that is doing it. Its no biggie, just wondering that is all.
