No Index Base Score

When I click on Windows Experience Idex Base Score I do not recieve any score for my system, do I need to do something first. (Vista 32bit)

Did you already click on the Refresh/Update my score button or link?

Is the top example what you are seeing in this tutorial below? If not, please post a screenshot to help determine what may be wrong.
