Hi
I have a problem getting my wireless 32 bit home premium computers printing on a canon mx310 printer that's hooked up to a Vista ultimate 64 bit computer. I keep getting the error 0x008f0214 on one of them and another says that the printer driver is not the correct version. I have installed the 64 bit canon driver on the Desktop, where the printer is actually hooked up. ( the desktop is wireless also) I downloaded the 64 bit drivers for one of the laptops and installed it. That's when I started to get the error message.I then downloaded the 32 bit driver for the same laptop and installed it because I That's the one I'm getting the error message on. The other laptop has the 32 bit driver from before I upgraded the desktop to ultimate 64 bit.
Anyway, anyone have any ideas on how I can get them to talk? If not I'm going to have to go back to Ultimate 32 bit, and if that doesn'tork back to home premium 32 bit. I really would rather not do that for obvious reasons.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Rick
