Vista 32 - Sidebar will start but not load

Greetings all... Newbee (Bogie Bob) here... Vista 32 system. More times
than not, on bootup - Vista sidebar will not load // In addition, "when" this happens, I can't print,
Office doesn't load correctly, Control panl "kinda" works. I can log off / on / off / on etc... and
eventually the system will load up correctly, sidebar - printers - office etc will work perfect for the
day. Any thoughts?

For Windows Sidebar, see if this tutorial below can help.

For the rest, see if running a sfc /scannow command can find and fix any bad system files that may be the cause.

If the above does not help, then see if doing a System Restore using a restore point dated before these problems can help.
