calendar and phone sync 1 day off

Does any one know how to fix a calendar prob. My treo syncs a day earlier than the event on my otlook calendar runnuing vista 64.
 

My Computer

Check the date settings on both devices? No auto adjust for daylight saving/timezone differences?

I'd look at the Treo first.
