Disable one hotkey

Hello I am new to your forums but would like help disabling the ctrl+shift+s hotkey, it is the one that when you are in the desktop mode it brings up the system info. What I have is the webshots program and I cannot regaster the ctrl+shift+s for that program, what that does is start the screensaver at my command but at this time it comes up with the system info. I would love any and all help with this matter.:D
