Solved OS and Hardware compatibility

I just assembled a pc with this hardwares:

Intel Core2 duo 2.4GHz
ECS G31T Motherboard
1024 MB Kingston DDR2 RAM PC800
Seagate Baracudda 80GB

I want to improve its performance but i have a very limited budget. i'm choosing from a Video card or RAM. Which should i choose.
I'm running it with Vista Ultimate x86 and a lot of games.

I just want an idea!!
