English LIP for Chinese Vista

Just got a laptop in China with Simplfied Chinese Vista. Wondering if there's a English LIP for Chinese Vista so I can use this Laptop in Englsih.

If not, is it possible to reinstall Vista in English?

I got this laptop in a hp authorized dealer and the vista is genuine(tested). If there's no such thing as a English LIP, could anyone just tell me if there's anyway to reinstall vista in English without purchasing a new license?

There is something better than formatting, my friend.
Click Start, and type Windows Update and enter.


Then, Under Install Updates, there is the option " View Available Updates "
Then search for your Language.

Use google translate to translate from Chinese to English.
