Hello
I have Vista Home Premium 32bit Upgrade, and I ordered the 64bit version.
Received it today and booted from the 64 bit version.
Selected the language and did "install now" but I cant get past the next window.
It says "Where do you want to install Windows".
I have the partition that 32bit is installed on, but the next button is grayed out and wont let me proceed.
At the bottom it says "To use the product key you entered, start the installation on a computer that is running a geniune version of windows".
I activated Vista 32bit and it's a retail version. Why is it telling me this?
I tried to install from Vista but entering the disk but it tells me I cant install from the operating system and should boot from the disk.
Or do I have to download WGA for it to install?
Help?
