Sorry new to forums.
I have tried to backup a laptop that has windows vista home edition to a wd external harddrive. I get the following error message :-
The back up did not complete successfully. Back up disk has a corrupted file system, fix it using the disk error checking tool. (ox81000008)
Please advise where the disk error checking tool is, or any help would be appreciated.
