ok so the motherboard on my HP Pavilion A6010n went out, tried to find the same motherboard around town and couldnt so i bought a nvidia GeForce 7150. took it home, installed it and tried to boot. got through the first black screen that tells you the master/slave, etc etc. got to the second black screen with the little green bar saying windows is booting when i get a blue flash and a message too fast to read then it starts over again. this time after the first black screen it asks me if i want to launch startup repair or start windows normally. no activity in my keyboard (the mouse works fine though, go figure) so after 20 seconds startup repair launches. went through the process of finding the problem 4 times before it says in the log "Root Cause Found: Failure while setup is in progress." no help. any idea what i need to do to get my rig running again? tell me if i left out some vital information, im not the most tech-savvy person i know.
i've got a few aftermarket parts, other than that it's the same as the day i bought it.
