My brother was on my computer one day and he let the battery die and when I went to log into my account it gave me the temporary accounts. So I deleted the accounts that were giving me trouble and made a new one. But this one keeps on freezing randomly for about 20 to 30 seconds and during that time I can move my mouse around but I cant do anything else and also my music starting skipping after these freezes. I don't know what to do. Someone please help!

Is your hard drive light on during these times. It sounds as if a program is hogging the computer or a process is waiting and causing problems. This is hard to pinpoint. Look in your error logs to see if any programs are failing.
Look at your performance monitor to see a graphical chart.
